Watch your favorite Nordic streamer compete in FIFA 21 for a prize of 25 000 SEK

Streamer Showdown is bringing you the biggest FIFA 21 battle between our most popular influencers in the Nordics.

We are delighted to welcome you on a journey packed with epic battles between your favorite Nordic streamers. Forget everything you know about traditional football and join us this summer on some amazing FIFA 21 entertainment in the Streamer Showdown 2021.

Over the course of one month starting May 13, 16 of the most popular streaming personalities in the Nordics will battle it out on the virtual green fields of FIFA 21 for a total prize pool of 25 000 SEK and products from Gillette.

The tournament format

Streamer Showdown starts off with a group play where our streamers battle it out against other streamers from the same country.

After the group play has ended the brutal playoff begins. This is the stage where heroes are made and noobs are thrown out. At the end there is the usual final where we will decide who the best streamer in the entire Nordic region is.

When is the Streamer Showdown taking place?
Streamer Showdown starts off May 13 and ends with an amazing final on June 16.

The group stage will be played four Thursdays in a row starting May 13.

May 13 – Group stage Sweden
May 20 – Group stage Norway
May 27 – Group stage Denmark
June 3 – Group stage Finland

The playoff will be played on two separate days.

June 10 – Semi-final between Sweden and Norway
June 10 – Semi-final between Denmark and Finland
June 16 – Third place decider between the semi-final losers
June 16 – Final between the semi-final winners broadcasted from our professional studio in Stockholm

How do I watch Streamer Showdown?
You watch everything except the grand final through the participant’s point-of-view on their personal Twitch channels. Every participant will stream all of their games in their entirety. You will find links to every participant’s Twitch channels here.

The final will be broadcasted live from our studio in Stockholm with one host and two professional commentators.

How is the prize pool distributed?
The prize pool is distributed as follows.

1st place gets 13 337 SEK
2nd place gets 6 000 SEK
3rd place gets 3 500 SEK
4th place gets 2 000 SEK

The tournament format is constructed in a way that makes it possible for one streamer from each country to have a share of the prize pool.
